These buildings were in a relatively poor state of repair with considerable collapse, but generally the buildings had sufficient architectural merit making them worthy of repair and conversion to create high quality residential units. The scheme was successfully negotiated with the SODC Planners and resulted in a delegated approval by the Officers.
