About

This project involved converting two disused agricultural buildings located within the Green Belt and the open countryside. We immediately identified the suitability of both barns for conversion through Class Q. With the Client out of the country; we worked with them to secure the relevant documents required for submission, including a letter from the Clients tenant farmer to demonstrate that the buildings were no longer necessary for the purposes of agriculture.

We achieved Class Q approval for both dwellings 8 weeks from submission, the Client has subsequently sold the site to a developer who has begun works to complete the conversion.

It’s always nice when you meet a business that just knows what, when and how to do what you need? From the first meeting, Jeff and his team showed their knowledge and professionalism throughout the process to achieve the desired result in a surprisingly short time. Very pleased with the complete process and have no hesitation in recommending their services.
