About
Having been approached by a local farming family, our Client sought a new permanent dwelling in the open countryside, within the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty to replace their current temporary caravan, permission for which had already expired. We worked alongside the Clients agricultural agent to prepare a strong case for a permanent agricultural workers dwelling and successfully achieved permission for a substantial 4 bedroom, 2 storey dwelling with an attached garage and farm office.
The property is currently under construction.
