With a starting point of several disused agricultural buildings, a strategic approach was adopted to ultimately secure full planning permission for the demolition of all buildings on the site and the erection of two Holiday Lets, a B8 Storage Barn and a large, detached, family home. This strategic approach involved numerous applications, which, together, combined to create a ‘fall-back’ position, which was sufficient to justify the re-development of the site.
The two Holiday Lets have been completed to a very high standard and are now available to let. Having finished the first phase of the development, the Clients have now set their sights on progressing work on the barn and their own home on the remainder of the site.
