This was a typical refurbishment and face-lift to the existing building which was in a relatively poor state of repair and demonstrates the level of change that can be achieved by good design and imagination. This practice has undertaken many similar projects but as chosen to showcase this one as it achieved an excellent resale value following its refurbishment.
